We are thrilled to have you aboard as we embark on an exciting journey, expanding into white-label services and working on numerous SEO contracts. Your decision to join us on this adventure is greatly appreciated.
To ensure that we are an excellent fit for each other, let's go over a few important details:
Available Hours: For client calls, you should be available between 9 am and 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday. While not mandatory, this availability will greatly contribute to your effectiveness in performing your duties. Additionally, if you are an Account Manager, these are the hours during which clients may contact you or vice versa.
Communication Methods: Our preferred means of communication are Email, Zoom, and Loom. You will be provided with a company email address through which you can correspond directly with clients. Most of our communication will be conducted through email. Additionally, for Zoom calls, please ensure that you have your own internet service, laptop or computer, and camera. While joining calls is not mandatory, it may prove difficult to manage accounts without participating in client discussions.
Compensation Structure: This position is commission-based, with the payout scale depending on your tenure and specific job description. For instance, individuals solely responsible for account management will have a different commission structure compared to those handling technical tasks.
Account Managers receive 20% of the invoice total for their respective accounts.
Account Associates receive 10% of the invoice total for their respective accounts.
This commission structure provides residual income until the completion of your contract with us. Moreover, every six months with us, the commission percentage increases by 5%. You may also qualify for bonus payouts in December based on your overall sales. After two years with McIntosh Marketing, you will be eligible for 401K options. Paychecks are deposited every two weeks, on the 1st and 15th of each month, with potential exceptions for holidays. Please ensure that you have received your tax and payroll documents.
